In this activity we will

  • look at what it means to feel valued at work
  • help people increase self-esteem by looking for the positives in themselves and others
  • identify how employees would like to be appreciated and share what they value in each other

Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish.
